STLZ series screening station is a tracked mobile heavy-duty screen equipment which can be used by itself or along with primary crushing stations. Its working principle is roughly the same as that of ordinary screening stations on the market, but it can screen mixed materials containing larger particles, effectively reducing the workload of subsequent crushing and screening operations, improving material processing efficiency at the same time.
The vibrating screen is two-deck screen design, the upper layer can optionally be equipped with sieve mesh, finger-shaped sieve bars, or grate bars, which has strong material adaptability. The lower layer can be installed with manganese steel wire mesh.
Designed with dynamic optimization, the complete screening system does not require on-site installation and debugging, and can be rapidly put into production.
With two-deck screen design, It can get 3 types outputs. Each finished particle conveyor belt can be hydraulically folde, enabling complete machine transportation.
The vibrating screen can be raised and lowered hydraulically, which is convenient for maintenance and screen replacement. It also has good on-site mobility.
