PFW Series Impact Crusher

PFW Series Impact Crusher

Materials:
Limestone, calcite, feldspar, talc, river pebbles, granite, basalt, iron ore, coal gangue, etc.

Scope of application:
Widely used in construction waste disposal, building materials industry, ore crushing, railway and highway construction, energy and cement industries, as well as other industrial sectors such as metallurgy and refractory materials.

Introduction

PFW series impact crusher is newly designed to meet customers' demands for high profit, low cost, energy saving and consumption reduction. It uses impact energy to crush materials and is an ideal choice for coarse and secondary crushing in high- capacity crushing production lines. It integrates new scientific research achievements such as high- precision rotors with large rotational inertia,multi-functional full hydraulic operating system and involute- type crushing chamber etc. Its overall cost-performance ratio is high, which can help customers achieve reliable profitability.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Advantages

1. Specially designed heavy-duty rotor structure can provide high rotary inertia and impact crushing force of the hammer head, as to enhance the ratio o finished product by one crushing process.

2. The hammer plate is processed by special material heat treatment technology, which not only ensures wear resistance, but also ensures that it will not break and has a long service life.

3. Wearing parts adopt modular design, for high universal interchangeability, which can facilitate management and reduce equipment costs.

Parameter

Note: The capacity may vary with different materials and feeding sizes.

FAQ

The European-style impact crusher features a heavy-duty rotor design and high-quality wear-resistant blow bars. It offers not only a larger processing capacity but also a longer service life for wear parts. In addition, it has a larger feed opening and a hydraulically assisted frame opening system, making maintenance more convenient.
The discharge size is controlled by adjusting the gap between the rear impact plate (or the third impact plate) and the rotor. The adjustment can be mechanical or hydraulic, offering simple operation and the ability to make fine adjustments as needed without stopping the machine.
It is very suitable for crushing medium-hard and brittle materials such as limestone, dolomite, gypsum, coal, and concrete waste from construction and demolition. For highly abrasive materials, high-wear-resistant blow bars should be selected based on the specific working conditions.
The service life of the blow bars depends mainly on the hardness, abrasiveness, and moisture content of the crushed material. When crushing medium-hard limestone, high-chromium blow bars typically last between 200 and 500 hours. For highly abrasive materials, ceramic or alloy blow bars are recommended to extend the replacement cycle.

Wear Parts Supply
