Scope of application:
Mainly used in the end of sand production line for sand washing and tailings treatment, such as sand mining field, concrete mixing station, dock sand washing and other industries.
As a kind of washing and screening equipment, sand washer is widely used, but for sand with high silt content, the cleaning effect is not ideal, therefor, our company has developed this all-in-one machine for compounding sand washing, dehydration and fine sand recovery. It consists of three parts: spiral, wheel-type sand washing and recovery.
1. Spiral washing way is used to remove the stricky soil and impurities convered on the surface of the gravel. It can wash away most mud and impurities.
2. Wheel-washing way is also adopted. During the rotation of the impeller, most of the sewage is removed, which reduces the moisture content of scand greatly.
3. With reasonable internal waterway design, stable functions such as cleaning, recycling and backwashing, it greatly improves resource utilization.
