Project outline

Located in the Ningbo of China, This project integrates advanced gravel processing technology.  Two core devices : 69 wheeled jaw crushing station and PF280 wheeled crushing and screening station,  are connected in series,forming an efficient and flexible bluestone crushing and processing production line. This production line focuses on the deep processing of high-quality building materials such as bluestone. Due to its hardness, wear resistance, and high compressive strength, bluestone is highly favored in the building materials market.

Project process and configuration

Through the strong crushing of 69 wheeled jaw crushing station, the bluestone is initially decomposed into suitable particle size, and then enters PF280 wheeled crushing and screening station. After further fine crushing and precision screening, three kinds of finished aggregates with different specifications are finally produced, which met the market's demand for different particle size aggregates.

Customer commissioning evaluation

This production line provided by Shentu Machinery has a high degree of automation, and is easy to operate, which greatly reduced our labor intensity. At the same time, the equipment runs stably, the failure rate is quite low, and the maintenance cost is relatively low, which saves us a lot of time and costs. Its capacity is around 200t/h, greatly improved production efficiency. In a word, this bluestone crushing production line has excellent performance and reliable quality, demonstrating strong market competitiveness and providing stable and high-quality supply of bluestone aggregates for the construction industry in Ningbo and surrounding areas.
