Project outline

This advanced mobile crushing and screening equipment combination is currently deployed in a large mining project in Venezuela, and it is designed specifically for processing the abundant local resources of bluestone and limestone.  The biggest highlight of this equipment combination lies in its powerful processing capability, which can easily handle raw stones with a maximum size of no more than 450mm. Through efficient counterattack crushing and fine screening processes, the finished materials with particle size of less than or equal to 8 mm are produced, which perfectly meet customers' needs for high-quality construction sand and aggregates. Its design fully considers the physical characteristics of local stone in Venezuela, ensuring the dual optimization of crushing efficiency and finished product quality.

It is particularly worth mentioning that this production line has a capacity of up to 200 T/H, which can maintain a continuous and stable operating state even in the face of large-scale and high-intensity production tasks, greatly improving the overall operational efficiency of the project. The tire style design endows these two devices with excellent mobility and flexibility, making it easy to quickly transfer between different work sites, and also making it adapt to complex and changing mining environments, which effectively reduce transportation costs and site limitations.

Project process and configuration

This system consists of two core devices: 180 tired type impact crusher and a 1212 tired type fine crushing and screening vehicle, which work together to form an efficient and flexible crushing and sand production line.
