This project is located in a mineral site in Kyrgyzstan. It is specifically designed for the crushing and screening operations of tin ore. This production line integrates advanced technology and high efficiency features, mainly consisting of C106 wheeled jaw crusher and HP300 wheeled crushing and screening vehicle working together, forming a complete processing flow from large raw materials to fine finished products.

As the first procedure of this production line, with the strong crushing ability and adaptability, the C106 jaw crusher can easily handle tin ore with a maximum feed size of no more than 600 millimeters, effectively reducing the volume of raw materials and providing convenience for subsequent processing. Its solid structure and wear-resistant components ensure long-term stable operation, reduce downtime for maintenance, and improve overall operational efficiency. Subsequently, the HP300 crushing and screening vehicle takes over the responsibility and further finely crushes and screens the materials after initial crushing. This vehicle can not only refine materials to a particle size of no more than 20mm, but also be equipped with an advanced screening system which can accurately separate finished particles that meet the requirements, ensuring the stability and consistency of product quality.
